How Not To Drain The Swamp—Trump’s Infrastructure Gambit

What apparently touched-off the robo-traders two days ago and sent them stampeding to Dow 20,000 was a leak from the Trump White House outlining a list of 50 priority infrastructure projects purportedly worth $138.5 billion. If the truth be known, however, the "list" was actually the email-equivalent of "return to sender".
