Obamacare Lite—-A Fiscal Disaster Which “Reforms” Nothing

Speaker Ryan has finally delivered up his Obamacare "repeal and replace" plan, and as we've been predicting, it's a complete fiscal disaster. Not only will it add $1 trillion to the Federal deficit over the next decade, but, more importantly, it reforms exactly nothing.
